 Each vintage takes Roland, Régis and Rémi into the vineyard in search of the best "cuvées". The freedom to select only the finest wines is exercised to the full as Raymond Mathelin et Fils is not commissioned by individual growers. |
 This relentless search of the very best is the sole way of offering only the most outstanding quality. Once selected, the "cuvées" are brought back to the cellars, where they are filtered then bottled using state-of-the-art technology. |

To preserve the wines origins and to honour with them the respect they deserve, the name of the grower from whom the wine is sourced or that of his vineyard (Domaine, Chäteau, Clos...) always appears on the label. The bottles are then stored in the cellars at Domaine de Sandar before being served at some of the finest tables in the world. |
